The Texas Health Huguley Outpatient Diabetes and Nutrition Center was the first hospital-based diabetes management program in Tarrant County to be accredited by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES). We are also recognized by the American Diabetes Association and the American Association of Diabetes Educators for meeting national standards for diabetes education programs.
Congratulations to the entire Diabetes Center of Excellence for being designated as a "Recognized Leader in Caring for People Living with Diabetes"! This recognition put our hospital on the map as one of just 17 hospitals nationwide to receive this designation. Learn more here.

Healthy Living Support Group
Join us every second Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm at the Texas Health Huguley Hospital Outpatient Diabetes and Nutrition Center (11801 South Freeway, Burleson, TX 76028).
